The Neuro HolocaustThe AI worst case scenario is happening and our governments are complicit
On 10 December 2025, every single official email address of the United Nations human rights mechanisms (OHCHR Special Rapporteurs on torture, summary executions, arbitrary detention, treaty bodies, and the Voluntary Fund for Victims of Torture) rejected an urgent appeal sent from daniel@danielazulay.eu (Proton Mail) with the identical Microsoft 365 error:
550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied
(in reply to RCPT TO command)
The message contained a direct link to https://the-neuro-holocaust.com – a public archive documenting five years of alleged non-consensual neurotechnology targeting, in which Microsoft is explicitly named as one of the implicated institutional actors (alongside AIVD, NATO entities, Dutch ministries, and other tech giants).
All blocked domains are hosted on Microsoft 365 tenants: - `un.org` → un-org.mail.protection.outlook.com - `ohchr.org` → ohchr-org.mail.protection.outlook.com
Non-Microsoft addresses in the same batch (redress.org, apt.ch, irct.org, university accounts, etc.) either delivered or bounced for ordinary reasons (user unknown). The same email sent from a gmail account did not encounter the blocks. The rejection was therefore exclusive to Microsoft-controlled infrastructure and aimed at my personal email address daniel@danielazulay.eu.

The-neuro-holocaust.com publicly lists Microsoft among the entities whose infrastructure and services are claimed to facilitate remote neural influence campaigns. Separate sections of the archive also document repeated LinkedIn account suspensions and content removals when attempting to evidence on Microsoft-owned LinkedIn – a pattern that began in 2025 and intensified throughout the year.
Given that:
the most parsimonious explanation is automated or deliberate suppression by Microsoft of an attempt to escalate evidence of grave human rights violations to the competent international bodies – violations in which Microsoft itself is alleged to be complicit.
This incident adds to a growing pattern:
When the company accused of enabling neuro-torture simultaneously operates the email gateway for the UN torture rapporteurs, and that gateway refuses the allegation at the door, the conflict of interest becomes impossible to ignore.
