Additional UPS/DHL/DPD parcels marked delivered but absent from parcel-shop databases

This cluster documents a series of anomalous package interceptions involving shipments from reputable vendors such as Euronootropics, Amazon, and European Hardware Solutions BV, where items critical to investigating neuroweaponry and directed energy systems—ranging from cognitive enhancers and radio spectrum analysis hardware to secure data storage devices—were systematically reported as delivered or ready for collection, yet inexplicably absent from carrier databases and facilities.

These incidents, spanning multiple logistics providers including DPD, Amazon delivery services, and UPS, reveal a pattern of selective disruption: ancillary goods in the same consignments arrive unimpeded, while specialised equipment with direct relevance to spectrum monitoring and evidence preservation vanishes without trace. Corroborated by tracking notifications, vendor correspondence, and on-site verification footage, these cases suggest not mere logistical oversights but deliberate interference, potentially orchestrated through AI-enhanced surveillance and state-aligned protocols to impede independent scrutiny of electromagnetic misuse.

This cluster forms a pivotal node in the broader architecture of the neuro-holocaust, where the suppression of investigative tools extends the reach of cognitive targeting into the realm of material denial. By neutralising access to essential resources, such mechanisms erode the capacity for empirical validation and archival integrity, transforming personal research endeavours into Sisyphean pursuits. The following accounts detail the timelines, evidentiary trails, and procedural anomalies of each interception, underscoring the urgency for enhanced supply-chain safeguards and transparent auditing in an era where the pursuit of truth intersects with engineered adversity.

Given that the AIVD intercepted a package with my neuroweapons research sent to the police, they are almost certainly also behind these subsequent interceptions of packages containing protective / defensive materials.

Stolen Package 1

In August 2025, I was days away from flying to China to go to Russia with my evidence. I needed to buy two USB-sticks to store my material on, so I ordered 2 USB-sticks from Amazon.

According to track&trace the USB-sticks had been delivered through the letter box. However they had not been delivered at all, not to my house and not to any neighbor.

Stolen Package 2

I was expecting a package from “EURONOOTROPICS”. It contained two substances that are part of my effort to remain cognitively sharp despite my targeting with neuroweapons.

This image shows the package was available for pick-up.

I went to the parcel shop, but the lady told me she could not find the parcel, and to contact DPD about it. DPD then told me to contact the seller as the seller can open an investigation with DPD. So I did that.

Then I got the above notification, stating that I had failed to pick up the package, which isn't true: the package was not found at the parcel shop.

This last screenshot shows how the employee from Euro Nootropics says that after opening the investigation with DPD, DPD said “We have followed up with DPD regarding this matter and launched an investigation into what happened. They have informed us that your package is currently at the parcel shop.”

This is of course not possible.

Stolen Package 3

I had ordered 2 HackRF One boards, so I can research the radio spectrum, specifically LTE channel 7. HackRF One's can see this part of the spectrum, making them valuable research tools.

Because I already had the impression that packages to my address were being intercepted, I opted to order these boards, together with some other items from Amazon, to my uncle's office address. My uncle said he was prepared to do this for me.

Here is the first image that shows the HackRF boards are en route to my uncle's address:

Here is the second image that shows the HackRF order is “delayed”.

And here is the third showing it encountered a “problem” during delivery.

Of course, the two boards never arrived and I had to ask for a refund. That's extremely peculiar because literally every other item in this order arrived correctly at my uncle's address. Only the very item that could help me research misuse of mobile towers as directed energy weapons mysteriously does't arrive.

Stolen Package 4

This time I caught the perpetrators in the act.

I was expecting a package from “European Hardware Solutions BV” with a second 2TB hard drive, so I could back up my evidence.

This image is a screenshot of an email received in Gmail from UPS (United Parcel Service). The email is a UPS notification with the subject line: *UPS - REMINDER - Package Ready for Pickup*

Key details visible in the email body:

  • Sender: pkginfo@ups.com
  • Tracking Number: 1Z422XW2DK49595177
  • Shipper: EUROPEAN HARDWARE SOLUTIONS BV
  • Delivery Time: 11/26/2025, 2:58 PM
  • Pickup location: FD PRINTING CENTER, NETHERLANDSESTRAATWEG 72, NL
  • Reminder: Package must be picked up by 12/03/2025, or it will be returned to the shipper
  • Hours of operation listed (Mon–Fri 12:00 PM to 06:00 PM, Sat–Sun closed)
  • Multiple reference numbers: 90127584, 9703, 90127584, 9703
  • Standard UPS disclaimer at the bottom advising not to reply directly to the email

Clearly, according to this email notification, the package was delivered to FD PRINTING CENTER, a UPS parcel shop.

Here is another image proving that UPS claimed the package was at the parcel shop:

However the employee showed me he could not find my package in his phone, running UPS software. This video proves that:

On 6 December 2025 I received an e-mail from UPS, stating “Unfortunately, your package is no longer available at the UPS Access Point™ listed below. It has been returned to the shipper.”

The documented instances of intercepted packages in this cluster—spanning cognitive enhancers from Euronootropics, spectrum analysis hardware from specialised suppliers, and secure data storage solutions from European Hardware Solutions BV—collectively underscore a pattern of selective disruption that extends beyond mere logistical error.

Each case, corroborated by tracking notifications, vendor communications, and on-site verification footage, reveals a troubling consistency: items with potential utility in investigating neuroweaponry and directed energy systems are systematically absent from distribution chains, while ancillary goods proceed unimpeded. This is not isolated misfortune but a manifestation of targeted interference, where AI-orchestrated surveillance and governmental acquiescence converge to neutralise independent inquiry into electromagnetic spectrum misuse. As these interceptions accumulate, they erode not only individual research capabilities but the foundational trust in supply infrastructures, signalling an escalation in the neuro-holocaust's operational playbook.
