Analysis: No Engagement on Merits
TJ never queried my data: no questions on VHF violations, qEEG inversions (contra Van Lutterveld et al.), Trends breakpoints (2016 neuroweapon surge via ITS regression), or Bayesian posteriors (99.9994% state-targeting). Silence persisted despite <redacted>'s vouch and my offers aligning with TJ's purported mission (AHI registry expansion, *Garland* acceleration).
Baseless Defamation Threats
TJ's accusation collapses: private emails lack “publication”; statements are protected opinion/inference from their inaction (e.g., interpreting non-response as gatekeeping). Even if publicised, qualifies as fair comment on public-concern matters (surveillance/neuroweapons). Mirrors SLAPP tactics to chill dissent.
TJ "Accomplishments" vs. My Progress
TJ touts 8+ years: stalled lawsuit (*Garland*: district transfers, affirmances, no injunctions 2023–2025), rallies, FOIAs, registry (data-harvest potential). My solo 2025 outputs: 6+ publications, 25 evidence clusters, psychiatrist pivots, PTSD-diagnosis, police contact, vanished WOO (EM2943979), Rijksrecherche/ECtHR vectors, etc. Resource disparity underscores TJ's inertia.
Implications: Counterintelligence Hypothesis
Pattern coheres with COINTELPRO/Operation Trust: feign progress (endless litigation as treadmill), harvest data (registries/newsletters), quarantine threats (ignore/amplify discord via threats). My breakthrough evidence (exogenous RF mirroring Havana profiles) risked globalising claims—quarantined via silence, then intimidation. Community echoes (X critiques: “scam,” “cult,” “controlled opposition”) align; no visible TJ lawsuits against public detractors suggest bluster.
