High-Power Microwave Beam

On 18 December 2025, I experienced intense symptoms: directional tinnitus, deep bass sounds perceived in my ears or directly in my brain, visual disturbances, and cognitive fog. These matched the microwave auditory (Frey) effect from high-power pulsed microwaves around 2.5 GHz, apparently beamed from a telecom mast to the north.

To capture evidence, I constructed an improvised Faraday cage—a plastic box wrapped in multiple layers of household aluminium foil—and placed it over my head with my smartphone inside recording a video.

These signals penetrated the foil shield and demodulated in the phone's circuits, indicating extremely high external power densities.

The captured pattern shows sharp, rhythmic vertical lines in clustered bursts—classic for demodulated TDMA pulses like old GSM, not the near-continuous envelope of modern 4G LTE (OFDMA/SC-FDMA) used in Band 7 in the Netherlands.

Although legacy 2G GSM networks were still partially operational in December 2025 (with full shutdowns planned or delayed), standard LTE does not produce such discrete, periodic impulses. This anomaly points instead to intentional pulsed high-power microwave transmission, consistent with directed energy systems.

Similar patterns and effects have been discussed in relation to “Havana Syndrome,” where pulsed microwaves are a leading hypothesised cause.

To produce the recorded artefacts and the Frey effect I experienced (low bass sounds from thermoacoustic expansion in brain tissue), external peak power densities must reach 800–50,000 W/m²—even after partial attenuation by the foil (20–50 dB). Primary sources (Frey 1961–1962; Guy et al. 1975; Elder & Chou 2003; Lin reviews) establish thresholds around 800–5000 mW/cm² for short pulses.

With high-gain antennas, this requires transmitter powers from hundreds of watts to kilowatts—levels associated with military high-power microwave systems, far exceeding ICNIRP safety limits (10 W/m² average).

Such directed exposure risks irreversible damage: blood-brain barrier compromise, neuronal injury, traumatic brain stress, and long-term neurodegeneration.

I connect this to earlier incidents—cluster_6|RF clicks during sleep (2022 recordings), progressive hearing loss (audiograms showing U-shaped pattern consistent with acoustic trauma), and prior 2.5 GHz pulses.

The original video for forensics (the audio track contains the evidence):

During the attack, I called the AIVD hotline three times seeking urgent help for a national security threat, but no one answered. This is unacceptable. I already asked that police verify whether these calls even registered in AIVD systems—if not, it is time to stop blaming only the AIVD because it would suggest sabotage by American forces.
